If you know me at all you know that I have a weird relationship with food. I don't enjoy large buffets or potlucks. Especially an outdoor buffet in the middle of summer. Dirty fingers, hovering, flies (wow, can't believe I don't enjoy that). Never been a big fan of veggies, meat has to be cooked a certain way and if you have to smell something straight out of the fridge before you serve it, count me out.
After dinner tonight I needed something else to eat. I rummaged through the fridge and found some yogurt cups. Peach (yum!). I opened it, took a big spoonful, and swallowed. Now I can probably count on two fingers the number of times I have let something spoiled cross my lips, let alone find my stomach. Well, tonight one got passed me. We had an old yogurt cup buried among the new cups. I can still taste it and I'm not sure I feel well (OK, so I am a little dramatic, but seriously, I feel weird). Oh well, I guess I am glad (kind of) I found the bad cup and not one of the kids.
I might never eat peach yogurt again. That may seem extreme, but that is the life I live with food. I will do my best to overcome (I really like peach yogurt).

You would definitely not like the strawberry kefir I have in our frig right now. It's a cross between milk and yogurt that has been cultured and fermented so you get all the great probiotics. It tastes sour- but that's how it supposed to taste.(I hope it's supposed to taste that way at least)
Love you!
